Blessed are You, YHVH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has made us set apart through His commandments and commanded us to actively study Torah. Please YHVH, our Elohim, sweeten the words of Your Torah in our mouths and in the mouths of all Your people Israel. May we and our offspring, and the offspring of Your people, the House of Israel, may we all, together, know Your Name and study Your Torah for the sake of fulfilling Your desire. Blessed are You, YHVH, Who teaches Torah to His people Yisrael. Blessed are You, YHVH our Elohim, King of the universe, Who chose us from all the nations and gave us the Torah. Blessed are You, YHVH, Giver of the Torah
כי הארץ אשׁר – '’the land’’ or the inheritance of those whom YHVH has chosen and enabled to receive.
Deu 11:10 “For the land which you
are going in to possess is not like the land of Mitsrayim from which you have
come, where you sowed your seed and watered it by foot, as a vegetable
garden,
Deu 11:11 but the land which you
are passing over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water
from the rain of the heavens,
Deu 11:12 a land which יהוה your Elohim looks after. The eyes of יהוה your Elohim are always on it, from the beginning of the year to the latter end of the year.
Rabbi Israel Baal Shem Tov would say:
There are two types of fields: an irrigated field, and a field watered by
rain.
The scholar's soul
is an irrigated field, devotedly developed and nurtured by her farmer. The soul
of the simple Hebrew is a rain-nourished field, surrendering herself to the
whims of the heavens, humbly awaiting blessing and stimulation from above.
The irrigated field yields a harvest that is superior, in quantity and quality, to that of her passive sister. But the rain-watered field is a truer, purer reflection on her Heavenly Maker.
Paul, himself, speaking as a learned man goes on to say: (true wisdom will always recognize the power of simplicity)
1Co
1:18 For the word of the stake (cross) is indeed foolishness to those who
are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of Elohim.
1Co
1:19 For it has been written, “I shall destroy the wisdom of the wise,
and set aside the learning of the learned ones.”[a] Isa_29:14.
Footnote: aSee Mat_11:25, Rom_1:22.
1Co
1:20 Where is the wise? Where is the scholar? Where is the debater of
this age? Has not Elohim made foolish the wisdom of this world?
1Co
1:21 For since, in the wisdom of Elohim, the world through wisdom did not
know Elohim, it pleased Elohim through the foolishness of preaching to save
those who believe.
1Co
1:22 And since Yehuḏim ask a sign, and Greeks seek wisdom,
1Co
1:23 yet we proclaim Messiah impaled, to the Yehuḏim a stumbling-block and to the
Greeks foolishness,
1Co
1:24 but to those who are called – both Yehuḏim and Greeks – Messiah the power
of Elohim and the wisdom of Elohim.
1Co
1:25 For the foolishness of Elohim is wiser than men, and the weakness of
Elohim is stronger than men.
1Co
1:26 For look at your calling, brothers, that there were not many wise
according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble.
1Co
1:27 But Elohim has chosen the foolish matters of the world to put
to shame the wise, and Elohim has chosen the weak of the world to put to shame
the strong.
1Co
1:28 And Elohim has chosen the low-born of the world and the despised,
and the ones that are not, that He might bring to naught the ones that
are,
1Co
1:29 so that no flesh should boast in His presence.
1Co
1:30 And of Him you are in Messiah יהושע, who became for us wisdom from Elohim,
righteousness also, and set-apartness and redemption,
1Co
1:31 that, as it has been written, “He who boasts, let him boast in יהוה.”
Jer_9:23-24.
Deu 11:13 And it shall be that if
you diligently obey My commands which I command you today, to love יהוה your Elohim and to serve Him with all your heart and with all
your being,
Deu 11:14 then I shall give you
the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, and
you shall gather in your grain, and your new wine, and your oil.
Deu 11:15 And I shall give grass
in your fields for your livestock, and you shall eat and be satisfied.
Deu 11:16 Guard yourselves, lest
your heart be deceived, and you turn aside and serve other mighty ones and bow
down to them.
Deu 11:17 Then the displeasure of יהוה shall burn against you, and He shall shut up the heavens, and
there be no rain, and the land not give its increase. And you shall perish
quickly from the good land which יהוה is giving you. (no
‘’yetzer ha ra’’ in the millennial rule)
Deu 11:18 And you shall lay up
these Words[b] of Mine in your heart and in your being, and shall bind them as
a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.
Footnote: bSee footnote at Deu_5:22.
Deu 11:19 And you shall teach them
to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, and when you
walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up,
Deu 11:20 and shall write them on
the doorposts of your house and on your gates,
Deu 11:21 so that your days and
the days of your children are increased on the soil of which יהוה swore to your fathers to give them, as the days of the heavens
on the earth.
Deu 11:22 For if you diligently
guard all these commands which I command you, to do it, to love יהוה your Elohim, to walk in all His ways, and to cling to
Him,
Deu 11:23 then יהוה shall drive out all these nations before you, and you shall
dispossess greater and stronger nations than you.
Deu 11:24 Every place on which the
sole of your foot treads is yours: from the wilderness, and Leḇanon,
from the river, the River Euphrates, even to the Western Sea is your
border.
Deu 11:25 No man shall stand against you. יהוה your Elohim shall put the dread of you and the fear of you upon all the land where you tread, as He has spoken to you.
(Scriptures in the ‘’mezzuza’’ Exodus 13:1-10, 11-16; Deuteronomy 6:4-9, 11:13-21).
Most people today may not like the millennium.
How would you like a world without the following: no cell phones, no computers, no internet, no television, no indoor plumbing, no motor cars, no doctors or dentists, no banks or credit cards, no aeroplanes, no shops or shopping malls, no electricity, no churches, no mosques, no guns, no war, no mega cities only small towns and villages – very few people living on earth, no super rich people, no secret societies, no national or international sporting events and no jelly babies or ice cream. Who even wants to live in a world like this?
1Co 7:31 and those who use this world as not misusing it. For the scene (Gk circumstances) of this world is passing away.

2Pe
3:11 Seeing all these are to be destroyed in this way, what kind of
people ought you to be in set-apart behaviour and reverence,
2Pe
3:12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of Elohim, through
which the heavens shall be destroyed, being set on fire, and the elements melt

Why is YHVH bringing judgment on the Whole Earth?
Isa
24:1 See, יהוה is making the earth empty
and making it waste, and shall overturn its surface, and shall scatter abroad
its inhabitants.
Isa
24:2 And it shall be – as with the people so with the priest, as with the
servant so with his master, as with the female servant so with her mistress, as
with the buyer so with the seller, as with the lender so with the borrower, as
with the creditor so with the debtor;
Isa

Isa
24:4 The earth shall mourn and wither, the world shall languish and

word that Yeshayahu the son of Amots saw concerning Yehuḏah and Yerushalayim:
Isa
2:2 And it shall be in the latter days that the mountain of the House of יהוה is established on the top of
the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills. And all nations shall flow
to it.
Isa
2:3 And many peoples shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up to the
mountain of יהוה, to the House of the Elohim
of Ya‛aqoḇ, and let Him teach us His ways, and let us walk in His paths, for out
of Tsiyon comes forth the Torah, and the Word of יהוה from Yerushalayim.”
Isa
2:4 And He shall judge between the nations, and shall reprove many
peoples. And they shall beat their swords into ploughshares, and their spears
into pruning hooks. Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither
teach battle any more.
Isa 2:5 O house of Ya‛aqoḇ, come and let us walk in the light of יהוה.
