ראו קרא יהוה – ‘’see YHVH has called’’- Recognizing and honouring those
whom YHVH is ‘’calling’’ is the key to fruitfulness and usefulness in the
Kingdom of Elohim. This Kingdom pattern is very clear. When YHVH desires to do
something unique and powerful He first calls a ‘’visionary’’ When we ‘’see’’
and recognize YHVH’s visionary and embrace and follow His Visionary, we will
begin to inherit the promises of YHVH.
Heb 6:12 ….. do not become sluggish, but imitate those who
through belief and patience inherit the promises.
The Greek word for ‘’sluggish’’ (νωθρός) comes from a root word meaning to be illegitimate
– not belonging to His Family.
Paul boldly states in 1Co 11:1 Become imitators
of me, as I also am of Messiah. The message is clear, we cannot bear lasting fruit
in our lives in self -serving isolation - Joh 15:4 “Stay
in Me, and I stay in you. As the branch is unable to bear fruit of
itself, unless it stays in the vine, so neither you, unless you stay in Me. Joh
15:5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who stays in Me, and I in
him, he bears much fruit. Because without Me you are able to do
naught! Joh 15:6 “If anyone does not stay in Me, he is thrown away
as a branch and dries up. And they gather them and throw them into the fire,
and they are burned. Joh 15:7 “If you stay in Me, and My Words stay
in you, you shall ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for you. Joh
15:8 “In this My Father is esteemed, that you bear much fruit, and you
shall be My taught ones.
The Construction of the Tabernacle is really about how YHVH is building
His Kingdom on earth - Psa 127:1
If יהוה does not build the house, Its builders have laboured in vain. Mat 16:18 “And I also say to you that you are
Kěpha,- Πέτρος- and on this rock -
πέτρα -I shall build My assembly, and the gates of
She’olb shall not overcome it.
Paul
encourages us to this day to willingly dedicate ourselves to His Calling
regardless of our status in life - 1Co 1:26 For look at your calling, brothers,( כי ראו־נא אחי את־קריאתכם) that
there were not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many
noble. 1Co 1:27 But Elohim has chosen the foolish matters of
the world to put to shame the wise, and Elohim has chosen the weak of the world
to put to shame the strong. 1Co 1:28 And Elohim has chosen the
low-born of the world and the despised, and the ones that are not, that He
might bring to naught the ones that are, 1Co 1:29 so that no flesh
should boast in His presence. 1Co 1:30 And of Him you are in Messiah
יהושע, who
became for us wisdom from Elohim, righteousness also, and set-apartness and
redemption, 1Co 1:31 that, as it has been written, “He who
boasts, let him boast in יהוה.” Jer_9:23-24.
ראו קרא יהוה
Exo 35:30 And Mosheh said to the
children of Yisra’ěl, “See, יהוה has
called (ראו קרא יהוה)by
name Betsal’ěl son of Uri, son of Ḥur, of the tribe of Yehuḏah,
Exo 35:31 and He has filled him with the Spirit of Elohim, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all work, (it is critical to recognize those whom He has called)
How do we discern the difference between ‘’a people appointed leader and a YHVH-appointed leader? People or self -appointed leaders have self -serving or people pleasing agendas, whereas, YHVH’s appointed leaders have ‘’Father pleasing agendas’’- ‘’Follow the money’’ What people do with their money will reveal what agenda they are serving - Joh 8:29 “And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do what pleases Him.”
Exo 35:32 to make designs, to work
in gold and in silver and in bronze,
Exo 35:33 and in cutting of stones
for setting, and in carving wood, and to work in all workmanship of
design.
Exo 35:34 “And He has put in his
heart the ability to teach, in him and Oholiaḇ son of Aḥisamaḵ, of the tribe
of Dan.
Exo 35:35 “He has filled them with
skill to do all work of the engraver and the designer and embroiderer, in blue
and in purple, in scarlet material, and in fine linen, and a weaver,
doing any work, and makers of designs.
Exo 36:1 “And Betsal’ěl and
Oholiaḇ, and every wise-hearted man in whom יהוה has given wisdom and
understanding, to know how to do all work for the service of the set-apart
place, shall do according to all that יהוה has commanded.”
Exo 36:2 And Mosheh called Betsal’ěl
and Oholiaḇ, and every wise-hearted man in whose heart יהוה had given wisdom, everyone whose heart lifted him up, to come
and do the work.
Exo 36:3 And they received from
Mosheh all the contribution which the children of Yisra’ěl had brought for the
work of the service of making the set-apart place. But they still brought to
him voluntary offerings every morning,
Exo 36:4 so all the craftsmen who
were doing all the work of the set-apart place came, each from the work he was
doing,
Exo 36:5 and they spoke to Mosheh,
saying, “The people bring much more than enough for the service of the work
which יהוה commanded us to do.”
Exo 36:6 Then Mosheh commanded and
they sent this word throughout the camp, saying, “Let neither man nor woman do
any more work for the contribution of the set-apart place.” And the people were
withheld from bringing,
Exo 36:7 for what they had was enough for all the work to be done, more than enough.
When YHVH gives a ‘Kingdom vision’’ He also gives the ‘’Kingdom provision’’. A persecuted Chinese believer was asked what impressed him the most about his visit to American churches. His reply was how impressed he was at how much they had accomplished without YHVH’s help.
We see the pattern that when YHVH wants
to re- establish His Presence on earth, He first ‘’creates a small space’’ or a
very small faithful remnant to receive and administer His Word, Favour and
Blessing to all His Creation - Luk 12:31 “But seek the reign of Elohim, and all these shall be
added to you. Luk 12:32 “Do not fear, little flock, because your
Father did delight to give you the reign.
Luk
12:33 “Sell your possessions and give in kindness. Make yourselves purses
which do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no
thief does come near nor moth destroys.
Luk
12:34 “For where your treasure is, there your heart shall be also.
Exo 36:8 Then all the wise-hearted
ones among them who worked on the Dwelling Place made ten curtains woven of
fine linen and blue and purple and scarlet material. They made them with
keruḇim, the work of a skilled workman.
Exo 36:9 The length of each
curtain was twenty-eight cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits, all
the curtains having one measure.
Exo 36:10 And he joined five
curtains, one to another; and the other five curtains he joined, one to
another.
Exo 36:11 And he made loops of
blue on the edge of the end curtain of one set, the same he did on the edge of
the end curtain of the other set.
Exo 36:12 Fifty loops he made on
one curtain, and fifty loops he made on the edge of the end curtain of the
second set; the loops held one curtain to another.
Exo 36:13 And he made fifty hooks
of gold, and joined the curtains to each other with the hooks, and the Dwelling
Place became one.
Exo 36:14 And he made curtains of
goats’ hair for the tent over the Dwelling Place, he made eleven
curtains.
Exo 36:15 The length of each
curtain was thirty cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits, the
eleven curtains having one measure.
Exo 36:16 And he joined five
curtains by themselves and six curtains by themselves.
Exo 36:17 And he made fifty loops
on the edge of the end curtain in one set, and fifty loops he made on the edge
of the curtain of the second set.
Exo 36:18 And he made fifty bronze
hooks to join the tent, to be one.
Exo 36:19 And he made a covering
for the tent of rams’ skins, dyed red, and a covering of fine leather above
that.
Exo 36:20 And for the Dwelling
Place he made boards of acacia wood, standing up.
Exo 36:21 The length of each board
was ten cubits, and the width of each board a cubit and a half.
Exo 36:22 Each board had two
tenons for binding one to another. So he did to all the boards of the Dwelling
Place.
Exo 36:23 And he made boards for
the Dwelling Place, twenty boards for the south side.
Exo 36:24 And he made forty
sockets of silver to go under the twenty boards, and two sockets under each of
the boards for its two tenons.
Exo 36:25 And for the other side
of the Dwelling Place, for the north side, he made twenty boards,
Exo 36:26 and their forty sockets
of silver, two sockets under the one board, and two sockets under the other
board.
Exo 36:27 And he made six boards
for the west side of the Dwelling Place.
Exo 36:28 And he made two boards
for the two back corners of the Dwelling Place.
Exo 36:29 And they were double
beneath, and similarly they were complete to the top by one ring. So he did to
both of them for the two corners.
Exo 36:30 And there were eight
boards, and their silver sockets, sixteen sockets, two sockets under each of
the boards.
Exo 36:31 And he made bars of
acacia wood, five for the boards on one side of the Dwelling Place,
Exo 36:32 and five bars for the
boards on the other side of the Dwelling Place, and five bars for the boards of
the Dwelling Place at the rear, westward.
Exo 36:33 And he made the middle
bar to pass through the boards from one end to the other.
Exo 36:34 And he overlaid the
boards with gold, and their rings he made of gold to be holders for the bars,
and overlaid the bars with gold.
Exo 36:35 And he made a veil of
blue and purple and scarlet material, and fine worked linen. It was made
with keruḇim, the work of a skilled workman.
Exo 36:36 And he made four columns
of acacia wood for it, and overlaid them with gold, with their hooks of gold.
And he cast four sockets of silver for them.
Exo 36:37
And he made a covering for the Tent door of blue and purple and scarlet material
and fine woven linen, made by a weaver,
Exo 36:38 and its five columns with their hooks. And he overlaid their tops and their rings with gold, but their five sockets were of bronze.
Today, we too must ‘’see!’’ – discern- those whom He has called - 1Pe 2:5 you also, as living stones, are being built up, a spiritual house, a set-apart priesthood, to offer up spiritual slaughter offerings acceptable to Elohim through יהושע Messiah.
How does He build? He first calls ‘’visionaries’’ who in turn identify and disciple others to discover and develop their gifts and callings - Eph 4:11 And He Himself gave some as emissaries, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as shepherds and teachers Eph 4:12 for the perfecting of the set-apart ones, to the work of service to a building up of the body of the Messiah, Eph 4:13 until we all come to the unity of the belief and of the knowledge of the Son of Elohim, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the completeness of Messiah, Eph 4:14 so that we should no longer be children, tossed and borne about by every wind of teaching, by the trickery of men, in cleverness, unto the craftiness of leading astray,
These YHVH-appointed
visionaries transfer spiritual gifts to the set apart ones through the laying
on of hands .. 1Ti
4:14 Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by
prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the elderhood.
1Ti 4:15
Practise these matters, be in them, so that your progress might be plain
to all.
1Ti 4:16 Pay attention to yourself and to the teaching. Continue in them, for in doing this you shall save both yourself and those who hear you.
Laying
on of hands was an ancient priestly practice amongst YHVH’s people - Num 8:10 “And you shall
bring the Lěwites before יהוה, and the children of Yisra’ěl shall lay their hands on the
Lěwites,
Num 8:11 and Aharon shall wave the Lěwites before יהוה, a wave offering from the children of Yisra’ěl – so shall they be for doing the service of יהוה.
Sadly, discipline and discipleship are lacking in the body of Messiah- Luk 16:12 “And if you have not been trustworthy in what is another man’s, who shall give you what is your own?
The
fruitfulness of those called is established through the fruitfulness of the
indwelling Word - 2Ti
2:15 Do your utmost to present yourself approved to Elohim, a worker who
does not need to be ashamed, rightly handling the Word of Truth. 2Ti
3:16 All Scripture is breathed out by Elohim and profitable for teaching,
for reproof, for setting straight, for instruction in righteousness,
2Ti 3:17 that the man of Elohim might be fitted, equipped for every good work.
And so,
Paul prays for YHVH’s people - Paul prayed for the assembly (Heb ‘’kehilah’’)
Eph 1:18 the eyes of your
understanding[b] being enlightened, so that you know what is the expectation of
His calling, and what are the riches of the esteem of His inheritance in the
set-apart ones, Footnote: b Luk_24:45. (note we have a ‘’joint
inheritance’’)
Eph 1:19 and what is the exceeding
greatness of His power toward us who are believing, according to the working of
His mighty strength,
Eph 1:20 which He wrought in the
Messiah when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right
hand in the heavenlies,
Eph 1:21 far above all rule and
authority and power and mastery, and every name that is named, not only in this
age but also in that which is to come.
Eph 1:22 And He put all under
His feet, Psa_8:6 and gave Him to be head over all, to the
assembly,
Eph 1:23 which is His body, the completeness of Him who fills all in all.
Confirm
Your Calling and Election
2Pe
1:3 as His Mighty-like power has given to us all we need for life and
reverence, through the knowledge of Him who called us to esteem and
uprightness.
2Pe
1:4 Through these there have been given to us exceedingly great and
precious promises, so that through these you might be partakers of the
Mighty-like nature, having escaped from the corruption in the world, caused by
lust.
2Pe
1:5 And for this reason do your utmost to add to your belief uprightness,
to uprightness knowledge,
2Pe
1:6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control endurance, to endurance
reverence,
2Pe
1:7 to reverence brotherly affection, and to brotherly affection
love.
2Pe
1:8 For if these are in you and increase, they cause you to be neither
inactive nor without fruit in the knowledge of our Master יהושע Messiah.
2Pe
1:9 For he in whom these are not present is blind, being shortsighted,
and has forgotten that he has been cleansed from his old sins.
2Pe
1:10 For this reason, brothers, all the more do your utmost to make firm
your calling and choosing[a], for if you
are doing these matters you shall never stumble at all, Footnote: a Mat_20:16,
Mat_22:14, Rev_17:14.
2Pe 1:11 for in this way an entrance into the everlasting reign of our Master and Saviour יהושע Messiah shall be richly supplied to you.

Blessed are you YHVH, our Elohim, King of the Universe, you have given us your Torah of truth, and have planted everlasting life within our midst. Blessed are you, YHVH giver of the Torah – Amein.
