The
Third Plague: Gnats
Exo 8:16 And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Say to Aharon, ‘Stretch out your rod, and
strike the dust of the land, so that it becomes gnats in all the land of
Mitsrayim.’ ”
Exo 8:17 And they did so, and
Aharon stretched out his hand with his rod and struck the dust of the earth, and
it became gnats on man and beast. All the dust of the land became gnats in all
the land of Mitsrayim.
Exo 8:18 And the magicians did
similarly with their magic to bring forth gnats, but they were unable. And
there were gnats on man and beast.
Exo 8:19 The magicians then said to Pharaoh, “This is the finger of Elohim!” But the heart of Pharaoh was strengthened, and he did not listen to them, as יהוה had said.
The Fourth Plague: Flies
השׁכם בבקר – ‘’rise early in the morning’’ – this is the beginning of something new as well as the ending of something familiar. Life will never be the same again. From now on a purged remnant will receive protection and provision of our Heavenly Father. This will also be the beginning of the severest judgments the world has ever known – the great tribulation.
Exo 8:20 And יהוה
said to Mosheh, “Rise early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh as he comes
out to the water, and say to him, ‘Thus said יהוה,
“Let My people go, so that they serve Me.
Exo
8:21 “Or else, if you do not let My
people go, see, I am sending swarms of flies on you and your servants, and on
your people and into your houses. And the houses of the Mitsrites shall be
filled with swarms of flies, and also the ground on which they stand.
Exo
8:22 “And in that day I shall separate
the land of Goshen, in which My people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be
there, so that you know that I am יהוה
in the midst of the land.
Exo 8:23 “And I shall put a distinction (Heb ‘’pedut’’ – ransom) between My people and your people. Tomorrow this sign shall be.”
The difficult
verb פדה (pada) describes how one's
submission to righteousness with a greater degree of freedom but not yet a
complete freedom.
‘’In the Scriptures
this verb may describe the cultivation of a field from its wild state, or a
change in cultivation from the standard adhered to by the old owner to one of
the new owners. It may also describe the transfer of a girl from the standard
of her father's house to that of her new husband's house. To modern tastes this
principle may seem horribly misogynistic, which is why we don't have words that
describe it. In Biblical times, however, a young woman who neither enjoyed the
protection of her father's house nor that of a husband's wouldn't live very
long. Her submission to either standard guaranteed her safety and freedom of
movement much more than an "escape" into the uncharted wild. (1Cor
6:20)
Because this verb describes an effort made, or a price paid, to obtain collective freedom, it's often translated with ‘to ransom or redeem’ (Numbers 18:16, 2 Samuel 7:23, Isaiah 35:10, 51:11), while in the narrative the old standard is often portrayed as a captor, an abductor, or an evil slave-driving master. The famous invitation of Yahshua to the heavy-laden to take up his yoke, speaks likewise of a light private load in return for a priceless collective rest (Mat 11:29).’’ Abiram Publications.
When putting on
‘’tefillan’’ we pray a prayer found in Hos 2:19
“And I shall take you as a bride unto Me forever, and take you as a bride unto
Me in righteousness, and in right-ruling, and loving-commitment and
compassion.
Hos 2:20 “And I shall take you as
a bride unto Me in trustworthiness, and you shall know יהוה.
Hos 2:14 “Therefore, see, I am
alluring her, and shall lead her into the wilderness, and shall speak to her
heart,
Hos 2:15 and give to her vineyards
from there, and the Valley of Aḵor as a door of expectation. And there she
shall respond as in the days of her youth, as in the day when she came up from
the land of Mitsrayim.
Hos 2:16 “And it shall be, in that day,” declares יהוה, “that you call Me ‘My Husband,’ and no longer call Me ‘My Ba‛al.’
Exo
8:24 And יהוה
did so, and thick swarms of flies came into the house of Pharaoh, and into his
servants’ houses, and into all the land of Mitsrayim, and the land was ruined
because of the swarms of flies.
Exo
8:25 Pharaoh then called for Mosheh and
Aharon, and said, “Go, slaughter to your Elohim in the land.”
Exo 8:26 And Mosheh said, “It is not right to do so, for we would be slaughtering the abomination of the Mitsrites to יהוה our Elohim. See, if we slaughter the abomination of the Mitsrites before their eyes, would they not stone us?
Exo
8:27 “Let us go three days’ journey into
the wilderness, then we shall slaughter to יהוה
our Elohim, as He commands us.”
Exo
8:28 And Pharaoh said, “I am letting you
go, then you shall slaughter to יהוה
your Elohim in the wilderness. Only, do not go very far away! Pray for me.”
Exo
8:29 And Mosheh said, “See, when I leave
you I shall pray to יהוה, and
tomorrow the swarms of flies shall depart from Pharaoh, from his servants, and
from his people. But do not let Pharaoh again deceive, not to let the people go
to slaughter to יהוה.”
Exo
8:30 And Mosheh went out from Pharaoh
and prayed to יהוה.
Exo
8:31 And יהוה
did according to the word of Mosheh and removed the swarms of flies from
Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people. Not one remained.
Exo
8:32 But Pharaoh hardened his heart at
this time too, and did not let the people go.
Exo 9:1 And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Go in to
Pharaoh and speak to him, ‘Thus said יהוה
Elohim of the Heḇrews, “Let My people go, so that they serve Me.
Exo
9:2 “For if you refuse to let them go,
and still hold them,
Exo
9:3 see, the hand of יהוה is on your livestock in the
field, on the horses, on the donkeys, on the camels, on the cattle, and on the
sheep – a very grievous pestilence.
Exo
9:4 “And יהוה
shall separate(distinguish) between the livestock of Yisra’ĕl and the livestock
of Mitsrayim, and let no matter die of all that belongs to the children of
Yisra’ĕl.” ’ ”
Exo
9:5 And יהוה
set an appointed time, saying, “Tomorrow יהוה
is going to do this word in the land.”
Exo
9:6 And יהוה
did this word on the next day, and all the livestock of Mitsrayim died, but of
the livestock of the children of Yisra’ĕl, not one died.
Exo
9:7 Then Pharaoh sent, and see, not even
one of the livestock of the Yisra’ĕlites was dead. But the heart of Pharaoh was
hardened, and he did not let the people go.
Exo
9:8 And יהוה
said to Mosheh and Aharon, “Fill your hands with ashes from a furnace and let
Mosheh scatter it toward the heavens before the eyes of Pharaoh.
Exo
9:9 “And it shall become fine dust in
all the land of Mitsrayim, and it shall cause boils that break out in sores
on man and beast in all the land of Mitsrayim.”
Exo
9:10 So they took ashes from the furnace
and stood before Pharaoh, and Mosheh scattered them toward the heavens. And
they caused boils, breaking out in sores on man and beast.
Exo
9:11 And the magicians were unable to
stand before Mosheh because of the boils, for the boils were on the magicians
and on all the Mitsrites.
Exo 9:12 But יהוה hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he did not listen to them, as יהוה had said to Mosheh.
Let us
examine the origins of the 3rd 6th and 9th
plague – they may all have come from dust due to volcanic activity
In the
light of this is it possible that the corona virus came from the dust of a
falling asteroid or meteorite?
https://retractionwatch.com/2020/09/08/covid-19-arrived-on-a-meteorite-claims-elsevier-book-chapter/
‘’We now analyze all reliable genetic,
epidemiological and geophysical and astrophysical data. This leads to the
alternate hypothesis that COVID-19 arrived via a meteorite, a presumed
relatively fragile and loose carbonaceous meteorite, that struck North East
China on October 11, 2019. This is at odds with the main stream expert
“Infectious Disease” opinion of traditional person-to-person spread of an
infectious endemic disease such as, for example, Cholera (Vibrio cholerae). We
then assume the viral debris and particles(dust) then made land fall in the
Wuhan and related regions about a month to 6 weeks later resulting in first
cases of the viral pneumonia caused by COVID-19 emerging in Wuhan regions late
November 2019-early December 2019 (Cohen,
2020; Huang
et al., 2020).
Midrash: The
second and third set of plagues of the Exodus did not directly influence the
Israelites of Goshen. The same may be said of the second and third set
of end time judgments found in the book of Revelation. Believers will
themselves be receiving YHVH’s protection as well as His provision.
My Refuge and My Fortress
Psa 91:1 He who dwells in the
secret place (‘’Goshen’’ from the Hebrew word ‘’nigash’’to draw near) of the
Most High, Who abides under the shadow of the Almighty,
Psa 91:2 He is saying of יהוה, “My refuge and my stronghold, My Elohim, in whom I
trust!”
Psa 91:3 For He delivers you from
the snare of a trapper, From the destructive pestilence.
Psa 91:4 He covers you with His
feathers, And under His wings you take refuge; His truth is a shield and
armour.
Psa 91:5 You are not afraid of the
dread by night, Of the arrow that flies by day,
Psa 91:6 Of the pestilence that
walks in darkness, Of destruction that ravages at midday.
Psa 91:7 A thousand fall at your
side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it does not come near you.
Psa 91:8 Only with your eyes you
look on, And see the reward of the wrong ones.
Psa 91:9 Because you have made יהוה – My refuge, the Most High – your dwelling place,
Psa 91:10 No evil befalls you, And
a plague does not come near your tent;
Psa 91:11 For He commands His
messengers concerning you, To guard you in all your ways.
Psa 91:12 They bear you up in
their hands, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.
Psa 91:13 You tread upon lion and
cobra, Young lion and serpent you trample under foot.
Psa 91:14 “Because he cleaves to
Me in love, Therefore I deliver him; I set him on high, Because he has known My
Name.
Psa 91:15 “When he calls on Me, I
answer him; I am with him in distress; I deliver him and esteem him.
Psa 91:16 “With long life I satisfy him, And show him My deliverance.”
Not everyone will be protected, only a small purged group escapes the wrath of YHVH. Ezek 20:35-38
Gen 45:7 “And Elohim sent me before you to preserve for you a remnant in the earth, and to give life to you by a great escape.
Isa
10:22 For though your people, O Yisra’ěl, be as the sand of the sea, yet
a remnant of them shall return – a decisive end, overflowing with
righteousness.
Isa 10:23 For the Master יהוה of hosts is making a complete end, as decided, in the midst of all the earth.
Isa 1:9 Unless יהוה of hosts had left to us a small remnant, (כמעט -שׂריד a few survivors) we would have become like Seḏom, we would have been made like Amorah. (Obad 1:8 – not one ‘’sarid’’ in the house of Esav)
Luk 12:32 “Do not fear, little flock, (Gk ‘’poimnion’’ flocklet) because your Father did delight to give you the reign.
Rev
12:13 And when the dragon saw that he had been thrown to the earth, he
persecuted the woman(Israel) who gave birth to the male child
Rev
12:14 And the woman(bride
of Messiah) was given
two wings of a great eagle, to fly into the wilderness to her place, where she
is nourished for a time and times and half a time, Dan_7:25, Dan_12:7
from the presence of the serpent.
Rev
12:15 And out of his mouth the serpent spewed water like a river after
the woman, to cause her to be swept away by the river.
Rev
12:16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and
swallowed up the river which the dragon had spewed out of his mouth.
Rev 12:17 And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to fight with the remnant of her seed, those guarding the commands of Elohim and possessing the witness of יהושע Messiah.
The
protected remnant will be praying and interceding for those who are under
YHVH’s judgment.
This could also be the beginning of the restoration of all things Acts 3:21
Rev 8:3 And another messenger came and stood at the slaughter-place, holding a golden censer, and much incense was given to him, that he should offer it with the prayers of all the set-apart ones upon the golden slaughter-place which was before the throne. Rev 8:4 And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the set-apart ones, went up before Elohim from the hand of the messenger.
Rev 8 brings us to the midpoint of
the Tribulation, approximately three-and-a-half years in, and it introduces to
us the first four judgments in the middle phase. This new set of judgments will
be more extraordinary and intense than the previous set as YHVH’s wrath
escalates.

The
Seventh Trumpet
– ‘’Yom Teruah’’

Rev
16:21 And great hail from the heaven fell upon men, every hailstone about
the weight of a talent.(35

exceedingly great.
Act 2:37 And having heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Kěpha and the rest of the emissaries, “Men, brothers, what shall we do?” Act 2:38 And Kěpha said to them, “Repent, and let each one of you be immersed in the Name of יהושע Messiah for the forgiveness of sins.[d] And you shall receive the gift of the Set-apart Spirit. Footnote: dAlso see Act_2:40, Act_3:19, Act_3:26.
Finally many believers today have exchanged their birthright into His kingdom for a Torahless religion - Heb 12:16 lest there be anyone who whores, or profane one like Ěsaw, who for a single meal sold his birthright.[b] Footnote: b Gen_25:32-33. Heb 12:17 For you know that afterward, when he wished to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it with tears.
The most
famous ‘’single meal’’ in the church is the so called eucharist or holy
communion. The eucharist was probably instituted to declare an end to the
‘’sacrificial system’’ of the Torah and ‘’replaced’’ by a ‘’new covenant’’ with
a false messiah of the ‘’church’’. The real Messiah did not come to change
anything from the Torah – Matt 5:17-19.
Joh 3:36 “He who believes in the Son possesses everlasting life, but he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of Elohim remains on him.”
Blessed are you Yahveh,
our Elohim, King of the Universe, you have given us your Torah of truth, and
have planted everlasting life within our midst. Blessed are you, YHVH giver of
the Torah – Amein.
