Parashat 3 Portion 12 Ber/Gen 15:1-21 Zeph 3:8-20 Rom 4:1-9.

This week’s Torah portion once again raises some critically important issues. If one of these issues is neglected or ignored through ignorance or neglect, the consequences can be extremely serious and have eternal implications.
6 My people are destroyed(Heb -damah) for lack of knowledge; because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to Me; seeing thou hast forgotten(ignored) the law (Torah) of Elohim, I also will forget(cease to care for) thy children.
     BDB Definition: dâmâh
    1) to cease, cause to cease, cut off, destroy, perish
    1a) (Qal)
    1a1) to cease
1a2) to cause to cease, destroy
1b) (Niphal)
1b1) to be cut off
1b2) to be undone, be cut off at sight of the theophany

Same Hebrew word used in Yesh 6:5 – Woe is me I am “nidmati” – undone….

Isa 6:5  And I said, “Woe to me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips – for my eyes have seen the Sovereign, יהוה of hosts.”
Isa 6:6  And one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar.
Isa 6:7  And he touched my mouth with it, and said, “See, this has touched your lips; your crookedness is taken away, and your sin is covered.”
Isa 6:8  And I heard the voice of יהוה, saying, “Whom do I send, and who would go for Us?” And I said, “Here am I! Send me.”
Isa 6:9  And He said, “Go, and you shall say to this people, ‘Hearing, you hear, but do not understand; and seeing, you see, but do not know.’
Isa 6:10  “Make the heart of this people fat, and their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and shall turn and be healed.”
Isa 6:11  Then I said, “יהוה, until when?” And He answered, “Until the cities are laid waste and without inhabitant, and the houses are without a man, and the land is laid waste, a ruin,
Isa 6:12  and יהוה has removed men far away, and the forsaken places be many in the midst of the land.
Isa 6:13  “But still, there is a tenth part in it, and it shall again be for a burning, like a terebinth tree and like an oak, whose stump remains when it is cut down. The set-apart seed is its stump!”

The price tag of ignorance is way, way too high to even consider let alone have to pay.

Gen 15:1  After these events the word of יהוה came to Aḇram in a vision, saying, “Do not be afraid, Aḇram. I am your shield, your reward is exceedingly great.”
Gen 15:2  And Aḇram said, “Master יהוה, what would You give me, seeing I go childless, and the heir of my house is Eliʽezer of Damascus?”
Gen 15:3  And Aḇram said, “See, You have given me no seed, and see, one born in my house is my heir!”
Gen 15:4  And see, the word of יהוה came to him, saying, “This one is not your heir, but he who comes from your own body is your heir.”
Gen 15:5  And He brought him outside and said, “Look now toward the heavens, and count the stars if you are able to count them.” And He said to him, “So are your seed.”
Gen 15:6  And he believed in יהוה, and He reckoned it to him for righteousness.

This is the cornerstone of Pauls teaching.

Rom 4:4  And to him who is working, the reward is not reckoned as a favour but as a debt.
Rom 4:5  And to him who is not working but believes on Him who is declaring right the wicked, his belief is reckoned for righteousness,

Parashat 3 Portion 11 - Ber/Gen 14:1-24 Yesh/Is 41:2-14 Heb 7:1-19.

To gain a more deeper and fuller insight of Torah we need to study and seek understanding at different levels of Torah learning. The sages used a method of understanding they explain with the use of an acronym - PARDES
  • Peshat (פְּשָׁט) "surface" ("straight") or the literal (direct) meaning.
  • Remez (רֶמֶז) "hints" or the deep (allegoric: hidden or symbolic) meaning beyond just the literal sense.
  • Derash (דְּרַשׁ) from Hebrew darash: "inquire" ("seek") — the comparative (midrashic) meaning, as given through similar occurrences.
  • Sod (סוֹד) (pronounced with a long O as in 'sore') — "secret" ("mystery") or the esoteric/mystical meaning, as given through inspiration or revelation.
Each type of Pardes interpretation examines the extended meaning of a text. As a general rule, the extended meaning never contradicts the base meaning.
Scholars believe the four accounts of the life and teaching of Messiah was also presented according to this pattern of understanding.

Mattithyahu (Matthew) - Peshat (Plain sense)
Mark - Remez (Hint - Implied meaning)
Luke - Darash (Searching - Typological/Allegorical)
Yochanan (John) - Sod (Mystical)

This week’s Torah portion introduces one of the most remarkable insights into the life and ministry of Melchizedek. There can be no co incidence of the surrounding narrative surrounding Melchizedek.  This Torah portion is loaded with a deeper meaning that only the Ruach Ha Kodesh (The Set apart Spirit) of YHVH can assist us to give us insight.

We will first examine the narrative and then look for a deeper understanding of our portion.

Our Torah Portion:

Gen 14:1  And it came to be in the days of Amraphel(Possibly Nimrod) sovereign of Shinʽar, Aryoḵ sovereign of Ellasar, Keḏorlaʽomer sovereign of Ěylam, and Tiḏʽal sovereign of Goyim,
Gen 14:2  that they fought against Bera sovereign of Seḏom, Birsha sovereign of Amorah, Shinaḇ sovereign of Aḏmah, Shem’ĕḇer sovereign of Tseḇoyim, and the sovereign of Bela, that is Tsoʽar.
Gen 14:3  All these joined together in the Valley of Siddim, that is the Salt Sea.
Gen 14:4  Twelve years they served Keḏorlaʽomer, and in the thirteenth year they rebelled.
Gen 14:5  And in the fourteenth year Keḏorlaʽomer and the sovereigns that were with him came and smote the Repha’im in Ashteroth Qarnayim, and the Zuzim in Ḥam, and the Ěmites in Shawĕh Qiryathayim,
Gen 14:6  and the Ḥorites in their mountain of Sĕʽir, as far as Ěl Paran, which is by the wilderness.
Gen 14:7  And they turned back and came to Ěn Mishpat, that is Qaḏĕsh, and smote all the country of the Amalĕqites, and also the Amorites who dwelt in Ḥatsetson Tamar.
Gen 14:8  And the sovereign of Seḏom, and the sovereign of Amorah, and the sovereign of Aḏmah, and the sovereign of Tseḇoyim, and the sovereign of Bela, that is Tsoʽar, went out and joined together in battle in the Valley of Siddim,
Gen 14:9  against Keḏorlaʽomer sovereign of Ěylam, and Tiḏʽal sovereign of Goyim, and Amraphel sovereign of Shinʽar, and Aryoḵ sovereign of Ellasar – four sovereigns against five.
Gen 14:10  And the Valley of Siddim had many tar pits(or oil). And the sovereigns of Seḏom and Amorah fled and fell there, and the remainder fled to the mountains.

“Israel: the coming energy superpower” -  Imagine the political implications if Israel has one of the largest hidden oil reserves in the world?

Parashat 3 Portion 10 Lech Lecha – Ber 12:1-13 Josh 24:3-18 Heb 11:1-10

Lech lecha – walk! Walk on your own behalf.

Perhaps this Torah portion is showing us that the Ruach (Spirit) of YHVH will bring again and again those who have been called, to a place where a choice must be made to forsake all that is familiar and choose a path that very few have the courage to follow.

Some have chosen such a life, however even those who have chosen to live this way may find further challenges down the road, where they realize there is still much more that they need to be willing to forsake and change in order to be true to their calling. Maybe to even lay down their own lives.
Yahshua said many are called but few are chosen or few choose. Choose what? Choose to walk as he walked.

Mar 10:29  יהושע said, “Truly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for the sake of Me and the Good News,
Mar 10:30  who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the age to come, everlasting life.
Mar 10:31  “But many who are first shall be last, and the last first.”
The festival of Chanukah
(When we write the transliteration for Chanukah, it can be written as "Channukah, Chanukkah, Chanuka, Hannukah, Hanukah")

This year, Chanukah will correspond on the Gregorian 2015 calendar with the sunset of 6 of December untill the sunset of 14 December. All the candles will thus be lit on the sunset of 13th December 2015

Unlike a Chanukiyah (8/9 branched candelabrum) the 7-branched "Menorah" is described in the Torah. The Menorah was a prominent feature in the Set apart Place of the Tabernacle in the Wilderness as also of the Jerusalem Temple. It became the primary symbol of ancient Israel. It also is described in Rev 1.
On the left hand side at the back of this photo above, is a 7 branched Menorah of which all seven branches are busy burning. The rest of them are all Chanukiyahs and not Menorahs. All 8/9 branches of a Chanukiyah will burn on the 8th and last day of Chanukah.
Today the Menorah (seven branched) is sometimes confused with the Channukiyah which is not a 7 branched but an 8 branched candelabrum with a ninth one called the servant branch which is used only during and specifically for the festival of Chanukah. The Jewish tradition for the lighting of the candles are that on each night of the 8 nights during Chanukah, an extra candle gets lit by the "servant candle" called the "chamash" in Hebrew, which is normally in the middle of a chanukiyah or at the one side of the chanukiyah (placed lower, higher or backwards on the chanukiyah). The lighting procedure: on the first night the "servant candle" will be put to light and with it you light one candle (for the first night) on the far right side. Then the servant candle will be put into its place and burn with the first candle (both will burn). The 2nd night the servant candle will  be used to light the 2 candles that were placed on the far right side of the chanukiyah. All 3 will burn. (2 for the second night plus the servant candle). The tradition is that the lighting takes place now every night from left to right. (The newest one gets lit first) but the candles are placed each night from right to left. The third night the middle one  (servant candle) plus the far right 3 candles (3 for the third night) will burn and so it goes on untill the last night when all of the 8 candles (plus the servant candle) will burn on the 8th and last day of Chanukah. Every night the "chamash"/ “servant candle” will be used to light the rest of the candles from left to right. (The candles get placed from right to left though) and all the candles that are lit for that specific night will burn untill finished. This is all done according to the ancient tradition and it must be noticed that it is NOT a Torah commandment. It is a tradition.
This tradition of the 8/9 branched Chanukiyah was brought in for the specific purpose of celebrating Chanukah.
Chanukah/Feast of Dedication begins on the 25th of Kislev (The Ninth Scriptural month) on the Scriptural (Biblical) calendar and lasts for eight days. It usually falls in December or late November. (Take note that it is 25th of Kislev, the Ninth Scriptural month, and not 25th December which is the 12th Gregorian month.
Chanukah is a Hebrew word that means "dedication." This Feast is celebrated in memory of the rededication of the Temple unto YHVH (Yahveh/Yahweh,Yahuveh, Yahuah), after the miraculous victory of the small Maccabee army over the mighty forces of the Greek ruler Antiochus Epiphanes.
Chanukah is not one of the Torah-commanded Feasts of YHVH, but it is a Feast that is mentioned in the Scriptures and kept since the victory of the Maccabees and the rededication of the Temple by the Yuhadim/Jews and we have confirmation that even Yahshua was during this Feast of Dedication (Chanukah) found in the Temple, in Solomon’s porch: “It was the Feast of Chanukah (most English translations would have translated "Chanukah" with "Dedication") at Jerusalem. It was winter, and Yahshua was walking in the temple, in Solomon’s porch.” Yochanan/ John 10:22-23.
In Scriptural terms, Chanukah (Purim too) would be classified as a Yom Simchah, a day of joy (days if joy in Chanukah’s case).
Bemidbar/Numbers chapter 10 verse 10 talks about blowing the silver trumpets "on your days of joy, on your appointed times, and on your new moons". In modern times, the Jewish People observe a number of days of joy such as Jerusalem Day in commemoration of the liberation of Jerusalem in 1967 and Independence Day in memory of Israel surviving an invasion by several Arab armies in 1948-1949.
The implications of an anti-messiah-type is referred to in a number of places in both the Tenach (what was known to us as OT) as well as the Apostolic Writings (what was known to us as NT) and this Feast of Dedication (Chanukah) has a lot of Prophetic end time significance for Israel and thus also for us who are the “wild-olive-grafted-in ones” that Rom 11 speaks of; The ex-Gentile believers who are now citizens of the commonwealth of Yisrael.
Eph 2:11 Therefore remember that you, once gentiles[1] in the flesh, who are called ‘the uncircumcision’ by what is called ‘the circumcision’ made in the flesh by hands, Footnote: 11 Cor. 12:2.
Eph 2:12 that at that time you were without Messiah, excluded from the citizenship of Yisra’ĕl and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no expectation and without Elohim in the world.Eph 2:13 But now in Messiah יהושע you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of the Messiah

Parashat 2 Portion 9 Ber/Gen 11:1-32 Yesh/Is 28:1-16 1 Cor 14:20-32

Quote from BOOK OF JASHER – The book of Jasher is also referred to in the Book of Joshua and Second Samuel.

Yasher 11 - 1 And Nimrod son of Cush was still in the land of Shinar, and he reigned over it and dwelt there, and he built cities in the land of Shinar.
2 And these are the names of the four cities which he built, and he called their names after the occurrences that happened to them in the building of the tower.
3 And he called the first Babel, saying, Because YHVH there confounded the language of the whole earth; and the name of the second he called Erech, because from there YHVH dispersed them.
4 And the third he called Eched, saying there was a great battle at that place; and the fourth he called Calnah, because his princes and mighty men were consumed there, and they vexed YHVH, they rebelled and transgressed against him.

7 And notwithstanding this, Nimrod did not return to YHVH, and he continued in wickedness and teaching wickedness to the sons of men; and Mardon, his son, was worse than his father, and continued to add to the abominations of his father.
8 And he caused the sons of men to sin, therefore it is said, From the wicked goeth forth wickedness.
14 And Abram knew YHVH, and he went in his ways and instructions, and YHVH his Elohim was with him.
15 And Terah his father was in those days, still captain of the host of king Nimrod, and he still followed strange gods – End quote.

History records the following about Nimrod:

“Nimrod, the King, took a wife.  The wife Nimrod chose was his mother.  So the “son” became both the husband and son of the mother.  In effect making this marriage a “trinity” union in as much as the “husband” was the same person as the “son” united as “one” with the wife/mother.  So Nimrod married his mother, Semiramis, and she became the Queen of Babylon.  It was Semiramis from which the religion surrounding Nimrod and the planets (astrology) evolved.  Nimrod the mighty and ruthless murderer was killed for his crimes against humanity by the sons of Noah. His body cut into pieces and distributed all over his kingdom by his enemies.  In the face of Nimrod’s death, Semiramis had to somehow maintain her grip and power over the people.  In order to solidify her power she “invented” a religion for the people that would keep Nimrod’s control over them even after his death.  She then gave birth to a son named Tammuz whom she claimed was the reincarnation of Nimrod.  So through the belief that Tammuz was "Nimrod in the flesh" the queen was able to subdue the people of Babylon.  So Tammuz was “Nimrod in the flesh” and “one” with his father who was “one” with his wife/mother through marriage… the unholy concept of a Trinity is born.”
“The Queen of Heaven” is among all cultures and worshipped as the primary head of this false religion.  Even the children of Israel fell into the worship of Semiramis, The Queen of Heaven, and YHVH sent them the prophet Jeremiah with a warning: Jeremiah 44:17-29 “
“Together, Semiramis and her son/husband, Nimrod started this occult religion of sacrificing babies to Moloch, aka Satan which they especially did on the winter solstice and the vernal equinox in the spring also called “Easter ‘Sun’ Day.” Nimrod’s name literally means “tyrant, rebellion.” The city of Rome was once known as Saturnalia, “The city of Saturn,” and in the Chaldean mysteries, the Babylonian dictator Nimrod was deified as Saturn. His birthday was celebrated on December 25th or “Saturnalia.” In Chaldee, Saturn is spelled as “STUR” which totals 666:

Shin = 60
Taw = 400
Waw (U) = 6
Resh = 200
Grand Total = 666
Semiramis (“queen of heaven”) gave birth on December 25th to another son named Tammuz (Ezekiel 8:14) and she ordered the Babylonians to go into the groves (forest) and place a gift under the tree to honor Nimrod who was “cut down” like a tree (Isaiah 14:12-19). She also ordered the people to cut down a tree, bring it into their homes and decorate it with silver and gold balls to symbolize Nimrod’s testicles (Jeremiah 10:3-4).”
Jer 10:2  Thus said יהוה, “Do not learn the way of the gentiles,1 and do not be awed by the signs of the heavens, for the gentiles are awed by them.2 Footnotes: 1Lev. 18:3, Dt. 12:30 & 18:9, Ezek. 11:12 & 20:32, Eph. 4:17, 1 Peter 4:3. 2Dt. 4:19 & 17:3.
Jer 10:3  “For the prescribed customs of these peoples are worthless, for one cuts a tree from the forest, work for the hands of a craftsman with a cutting tool.
Jer 10:4  “They adorn it with silver and gold, they fasten it with nails and hammers so that it does not topple.

“Antiochus Epiphanies was also one of the many historical Anti-Messiahs (Antichrists) whose given name “Epiphanies” adds up to 666 in the Greek alpha-numberic system.

These were the new laws that Antiochus set up:

You shall profane the Sabbath.
You shall change the set times (festivals) and laws.
You shall set up idols.
You shall eat unclean animals.
You shall not circumcise.
You shall forget Torah.

The persecutions began in 167 B.C. in the days of Antiochus, but 3.5 years later, the Temple was taken back and rededicated in 164 B.C. This became known as “The Feast of Dedication” (Chanukah) which our Messiah observed in John 10:22.
These laws created by an Antichrist leader named Antiochus are the very same laws that Constantine would later repeat and this is what the entire Christian world is living by today!
False religion like the Tower of babel is a place of false security. Nimrod perhaps thought that they could create a structure that would save them from another flood.
Modern theology assures us that YHVH will never curse mankind again because we are living in the dispensation of grace. The teaching of scripture is that Yahshua came to deliver us from the curse. However ongoing unrepentant rebellion among believers will bring a terrible curse.

Mal 4:5  “See, I am sending you Ěliyah1 the prophet before the coming of the great and awesome day of יהוה. Footnote: 1Lk. 1:17.
Mal 4:6  “And he shall turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with utter destruction1.” Footnote: 1Zech. 14:11.

Note it’s the contempt we show for our fathers – Abraham, Yitchak and Yakov – and for righteous Torah seeking patriarchal authority that will bring utter destruction of the earth

False religion will always try to undermine the authority of the father. This spirit is currently out of control, we call it feminism and it is feuled by the very demonic principality called the “Queen of heaven.” We are living in a time of rampant divorce and sexual licence.

Let us remind ourselves of the letter our Messiah wrote to the assembly of Thyatira.

Rev 2:20  “But I hold against you that you allow that woman Izeḇel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and lead My servants astray to commit whoring and to eat food offered to idols.
Rev 2:21  “And I gave her time to repent of her whoring, and she did not repent.
Rev 2:22  “See, I am throwing her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great affliction, unless they repent of their works.
Rev 2:23  “And I shall slay her children with death. And all the assemblies shall know that I am the One searching the kidneys and hearts. And I shall give to each one of you according to your works.

Our Torah portion:
Gen 11:1  And all the earth had one language1 and one speech. Footnote: 1Hebrew lip
Gen 11:2  And it came to be, as they set out from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinʽar1, and they dwelt there. Footnote: 1Earlier name for Baḇel

Etymology and meaning of the name Babel
The Sumerian name of the city we know as Babel or Babylon was Bab-ilim, and that means Gates Of The Deities. But the Scripture refers to Babel meaning “confusion.”  This seems to have been like a portal in the spiritual world where strong demonic powers and principalities found access on to earth through men and woman who had so given themselves over to the control of ha satan.

Once again our attention is drawn to the several genealogies given to us in the Torah. Scholars believe these names tell a redemptive story – see website:

Ber/Gen 5 - The Elohim-Man is appointed, a mortal man of sorrow is born! The Glory of Elohim shall come down from heaven and teach men that by means of His death He shall comfort those who mourn.

This week’s Torah portion reads something like:

‘The fame of the stronghold of Babylon, and sorrow, extend their borders like a plant beyond the place of division (at the Tower of Babel). -- But I will make Babylon fade away!
A friend also branches out, enraged with fury! ‘

Gen 11:3  And they said to each other, “Come, let us make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” And they had brick for stone, and they had asphalt for mortar.
Gen 11:4  And they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens, and make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered over all the face of the earth.”
Gen 11:5  Then יהוה came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built.
Gen 11:6  And יהוה said, “Look, they are one people and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do! And now, they are not going to be withheld from doing whatever they plan to do.
Gen 11:7  “Come, let Us go there and confuse their language, so that they do not understand one another’s speech.”
Gen 11:8  And יהוה scattered them from there, over the face of all the earth, and they left off building the city.
Gen 11:9  That is why its name was called Baḇel1, because there יהוה confused the language of all the earth, and from there יהוה scattered them over the face of all the earth. Footnote: 1Baḇel is derived from a verb which means “to confuse".
Gen 11:10  This is the genealogy of Shĕm: Shĕm was a hundred years old and brought forth Arpaḵshaḏ, two years after the flood.
Gen 11:11  And after he brought forth Arpaḵshaḏ, Shĕm lived five hundred years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
Gen 11:12  And Arpaḵshaḏ lived thirty-five years, and brought forth Shelaḥ.
Gen 11:13  And after he brought forth Shelaḥ, Arpaḵshaḏ lived four hundred and three years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
Gen 11:14  And Shelaḥ lived thirty years, and brought forth Ěḇer.
Gen 11:15  And after he brought forth Ěḇer, Shelaḥ lived four hundred and three years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
Gen 11:16  And Ěḇer lived thirty-four years, and brought forth Peleḡ.
Gen 11:17  And after he brought forth Peleḡ, Ěḇer lived four hundred and thirty years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
Gen 11:18  And Peleḡ lived thirty years, and brought forth Reʽu.
Gen 11:19  And after he brought forth Reʽu, Peleḡ lived two hundred and nine years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
Gen 11:20  And Reʽu lived thirty-two years, and brought forth Seruḡ.
Gen 11:21  And after he brought forth Seruḡ, Reʽu lived two hundred and seven years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
Gen 11:22  And Seruḡ lived thirty years, and brought forth Naḥor.
Gen 11:23  And after he brought forth Naḥor, Seruḡ lived two hundred years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
Gen 11:24  And Naḥor lived twenty-nine years, and brought forth Teraḥ.
Gen 11:25  And after he brought forth Teraḥ, Naḥor lived one hundred and nineteen years, and brought forth sons and daughters.
Gen 11:26  And Teraḥ lived seventy years, and brought forth Aḇram, Naḥor, and Haran.
Gen 11:27  And this is the genealogy of Teraḥ: Teraḥ brought forth Aḇram, Naḥor, and Haran. And Haran brought forth Lot.
Gen 11:28  And Haran died before his father Teraḥ in the land of his birth, in Ur of the Chaldeans.
Gen 11:29  And Aḇram and Naḥor took wives: the name of Aḇram’s wife was Sarai, and the name of Naḥor’s wife, Milkah, the daughter of Haran the father of Milkah and the father of Yiskah.
Gen 11:30  And Sarai was barren, she had no child.
Gen 11:31  And Teraḥ took his son Aḇram and his grandson Lot, son of Haran, and his daughter-in-law Sarai, his son Aḇram’s wife, and they went out with them from Ur of the Chaldeans to go to the land of Kenaʽan. And they came to Ḥaran and dwelt there.
Gen 11:32  And the days of Teraḥ came to be two hundred and five years, and Teraḥ died in Ḥaran.

Midrash on Fatherhood.

This Torah portion stirs up some deep issues about what happens when fatherhood is undermined. It also reminds us to consider the blessing we were meant to receive from our fathers.

The religion of men seems to be deeply influenced by the demonic principality of the Queen of Heaven. This spirit seeks to undermine the significant role of fatherhood, both physically and spiritually.
We need to remind ourselves that the only way we can come to Yahshua is if the Father YHVH makes it possible.

Joh 6:44  “No one is able to come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him. And I shall raise him up in the last day.
Joh 6:45  “It has been written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught by יהוה.’ Everyone, then, who has heard from the Father, and learned, comes to Me.

Yahshua states again and again that the Father is greater than him and he can do nothing unless the Father – YHVH – shows him and guides him.
