Blessed are You, YHVH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has made us set apart through His commandments and commanded us to engross ourselves in the words of the Torah. Blessed are You, YHVH, Giver of the Torah – Ameyn
Talmud, Sotah 49a In the end times, the “bread” of
Torah will be scarce, as “the word of YHVH will be rare” (Amos 8:11).
John 1:18, where Messiah is said to be “in the
bosom of the Father” — the very living Torah, the bread from heaven (John
6:48–51).
Jer 23:7
“Therefore, see, the days are coming,” declares יהוה, “when they shall say no
more, ‘As יהוה lives
who brought up the children of Yisra’ĕl out of the land of Mitsrayim,’
Jer 23:8 but, ‘As יהוה lives who brought up and
led the seed of the house of Yisra’ĕl out of the land of the north and from all
the lands where I had driven them.’ And they shall dwell on their own soil.”
‘’Ve zot ha
beracha’’ - And this
is the (same) blessing with which Mosheh the man of Elohim blessed the children
of Yisra’ěl before his death.(Deut 33:1)
The first Exodus
or redemption of Yisrael out of Mitsrayim/ Egypt was a foreshadowing of a
second exodus or redemption of an end time Yisrael out of this world system into
the Messianic kingdom.
Isa
11:11 And it shall be in that day that יהוה sets His hand again a second time to
recover the remnant of His people who are left, from Ashshur and from
Mitsrayim, from Pathros and from Kush, from Ěylam and from Shin‛ar, from Ḥamath and from the islands of the
sea.
So the “second exodus” is the prophetic way the Scripture
describes the worldwide regathering of Israel (and grafted-in nations) at the
end of days — a deliverance that will be even more astonishing than the
crossing of the Red Sea.
The
Apostolic scriptures remind us of Israels most dangerous enemies in this end
time regathering will come from within the camp of Israel.
Jud
1:4 For
certain men crept in secretly, those having been of old previously written into
this condemnation, ungodly ones perverting the grace of our God for unbridled
lust, and denying the only Master, God, even our Lord Jesus Christ. MKJV (spiritual adultery)
Jud 1:4 For certain men have slipped in, whose
judgment was written about long ago, wicked ones perverting the favour of
our Elohim for indecency, (Gk ἀσεβής – departing from YHVH’s truth
- could read ‘’ungodly
ones, twisting the truth about YHVH into lawlessness ’’also destitute of
reverential awe towards YHVH - Thayers) and denying (Gk ‘’disown or reject) the only Owner יהוה and our Master יהושע Messiah. (some translations incorrectly
state ‘’ denying our only Sovereign and Lord, Jesus Christ.”)
Jud
1:5 But I intend to remind you, though you once knew this, that יהוה, having saved a people out of
the land of Mitsrayim, afterward destroyed those who did not believe.
Jud
1:6 And the messengers who did not keep their own principality, but left
their own dwelling, He has kept in everlasting shackles under darkness for the
judgment of the great day.
Jud 1:14 And Ḥanoḵ, the seventh from Aḏam, also prophesied of these,
saying, “See, יהוה
comes with His myriads of set-apart ones,
Jud 1:15 to execute judgment on all, to punish all who
are wicked among them concerning all their wicked works which they have
committed in a wicked way and concerning all the harsh words σκληρός which wicked sinners have spoken against
Him.”
Jud 1:16 These are grumblers, complainers, who walk
according to their own lusts, and their mouth speaks proudly, admiring faces of
others for the sake of gain. (Gk - ὑπέρογκος
huperogkos describes false teachers who use boastful, inflated words
to seduce people.
1 Enoch 1:9
“And behold! He comes with ten thousands of His Set Apart
ones to execute judgment upon all,
and to destroy all the ungodly, and to convict all flesh of all the works of
their ungodliness which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all
the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.”
Enoch 62.7
For from the beginning that Son of Man was hidden, and the Most High kept him
in the presence of His power and revealed him only to the chosen. (why?)
Yahshua, Himself refers to these scriptures: Mat 25:31
“And when the Son of Aḏam
comes in His esteem, and all the set-apart messengers with Him, then He shall
sit on the throne of His esteem. Mat 25:32 “And all the nations
shall be gathered before Him, and He shall separate them one from another, as a
shepherd separates his sheep from the goats. Mat 25:33 “And He shall
set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Mat
25:34 “Then the Sovereign shall say to those on His right hand, ‘Come,
you blessed of My Father, inherit the reign prepared for you from the
foundation of the world – Mat 25:35 for I was hungry and you gave Me
food, I was thirsty and you gave Me drink, I was a stranger and you took Me
in, Mat 25:36 was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you

Mat 25:37 “Then the righteous shall answer Him,
saying, ‘Master, when did we see You hungry and we fed You, or thirsty
and gave You to drink? Mat 25:38 And when did we see You a
stranger and took You in, or naked and clothed You? Mat
25:39 And when did we see You sick, or in prison, and we came to
You?’ Mat 25:40 “And the Sovereign shall answer and say to them, ‘Truly,
I say to you, in so far as you did it to one of the least of these My brothers,
you did it to Me.’ Mat 25:41 “He shall then also say to those on the
left hand, ‘Go away from Me, accursed ones, into the everlasting fire prepared
for the devil and his messengers –
When will these events occur? (Rapture)

with the voice of a chief messenger, and with the trumpet of Elohim, and the

Torah Portion:
Deu 33:1 And this (ve zot ha berachah) is the
blessing with which Mosheh the man of Elohim blessed the children of Yisra’ĕl
before his death.
We believe this verse is also referring to the future coming
together and restoration of the 12 tribes of Israel to rule over the nations
with Messiah in the coming Messianic kingdom.
The timing of this blessing:
Deu
33:2 And he said, “יהוה came from Sinai, and rose from Sě‛ir for them. He shone forth
from Mount Paran, and came with ten thousands of set-apart ones – at His right
hand a law of fire for them.
This verse sounds like the returning Messiah with a double
edged sword coming from his mouth – the Torah - Rev 19:14 And the armies
in the heaven, dressed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him (Yahshua) on
white horses.
Rev 19:15 And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword,
that with it He should smite the nations. And He shall shepherd them with a
rod of iron. Psa_2:9 And He treads the winepress of the fierceness
and wrath of Ěl Shaddai.
Deut 33:2 may refer to Messiah returning at the rapture - His
journey starts at Sinai where Israel received the Torah. Then the Messiah
breaks out or arises from Seir. Seir was the mountain stronghold of Esav –
Edomites. It is also the possible location of modern-day Petra. Then the
Messiah shines upon Paran. Paran is believed to represent present day Mecca in
Saudi Arabia – the birthplace of Islam – the three major religions of the
world. The current ‘’Abrahamic Accords may be the anti christ attempting to
mimic this event. During the great
tribulation many Jews, Christians and Muslims will accept the real Messiah
Yahshua and enter into YHVH’s Covenant of Peace. (see Rev 16 and the pouring
out of YHVH’s wrath will come upon who oppose and disobey YHVH).
This could be the beginning of the restoration of all things
spoken of in Acts 3:21 before Yahshua returns to rule and reign from
Yerushalayim for 1000 years.
Act
3:19 “Repent therefore and turn back, for the blotting out of your sins,
in order that times of refreshing might come from the presence of the
Master, Act 3:20 and that He sends יהושע Messiah, pre-appointed for you, Act
3:21 whom heaven needs to receive until the times of restoration of all matters,
of which Elohim spoke through the mouth of all His set-apart prophets since of
old.
Law of fire
or “Eishdat” is an interesting word – this word is the only place in the
scriptures where this word is found – why? Because the Messiah is the only one
worthy to return to earth bearing the authority to establish every word in
YHVH’s Torah. “Eish” means “fire” in
Hebrew and “dat” is a Persian word meaning “law” thus the translation “fiery
torah” or a fiery law that consumes all falsehood and disobedience and brings
restoration to Israel and healing to the nations.
Deu 33:3
Indeed, He loves the peoples, all His set-apart ones are in Your hand. And
they, they sat down at Your feet, receiving Your Words.
Deu
33:3 Indeed, He loves (‘’chovev’’ to fondle or intimately embrace
- hides them in His Bosom) the peoples, all His set-apart ones are in
Your hand. And they, they sat down (Heb – tuchu) at Your feet,(intimate
marriage talk) receiving (Heb – yisah to lift up or marry נָשָׂא ) Your Words.
(‘’chovev and tuchu’’ are found only once
in the scripture, their meaning is uncertain)
(תֻּכּוּ) Many scholars link it to Aramaic/Syriac תּוּךְ = “to be joined,
assembled.” This is a hapax legomenon
(appears only once in the Tanakh) - Meaning is uncertain, so translators lean
on context and cognates.
Deu
33:4 Mosheh commanded us a Torah,( צוה־לנו metaphor of Torah as a marriage covenant) an inheritance of the
assembly of Yaʽaqoḇ.
Before
Israel received the inheritance of the land, they received the Torah. So, it
shall be once again in the last days. You cannot have a ‘’marriage with
Messiah) without embracing all of Torah – YHVH’s Marriage Covenant with Israel.
Deu
33:5 And He was Sovereign in Yeshurun, (straight ones – a term of
endearment) when the heads of the people were gathered, (hitpael – gathered
themselves together) the tribes of Yisra’ĕl. Only the proclamation of the
righteousness of the Torah will enable all the lost tribes of Israel to unite
and come together. Rom 8:4; 10:4
Blessings
on the tribes:
To better
understand these blessings, it is helpful to understand the conditions that
will exist during the millennium.
The Millennium will be a golden age on earth—a time
of peace, justice, prosperity, and righteousness under Messiah’s perfect reign.
Nature will flourish, humanity will prosper, Israel will be restored, and the
knowledge of YHVH will cover the earth. Yet, because mortal people will still
have sinful natures, Yahshua rules with a rod of iron, and at the end Satan
will lead one final rebellion (Rev 20:7–10).
Deu
33:6 “Let Re’uḇĕn live, and not die, and let his men be numbered.”
The Torah
mentions Reuben first. We deduce from this that Reuben still had a position of
respect and guardianship over his younger brothers, despite his moral failure
with his fathers’ concubine.
Deu
33:7 And this of Yehuḏah, and he said, “Hear, יהוה, the voice of Yehuḏah, and bring him to his people. His
hands shall fight for him, and You be a help against his enemies.”
It was the
voice of Yehudah that finally brought all his brothers together, and will keep
them together in the future – see Gen/Ber 44:18. – Parashat 11 –
Vayigash. Will it be the same pattern in the last days when Messiah
returns?
Deu
33:8 And of Lĕwi he said, “Your Tummim and Your Urim belong to Your kind
one, whom You tried at Massah, with whom You contended at the waters of Meriḇah, Ex 17:7
Deu
33:9 who said of his father and mother, ‘I have not seen them.’ And he
did not acknowledge his brothers, or know his own children, for they have
guarded Your Word and watched over Your covenant.
Mat
19:29 “And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father
or mother or wife or children or lands, for My Name’s sake, shall receive a
hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.
Deu
33:10 “They teach Your right-rulings to Yaʽaqoḇ, and Your Torah to Yisra’ĕl. They
put incense before You, and a complete burnt offering on Your altar.
Deu
33:11 “O יהוה,
bless his strength, and accept the work of his hands. Smite(shatter or wound
seriously) the loins(Heb – “moten” - place of one’s reproductive organs) of
those who rise against him, and of those who hate him, that they rise no more.”
This is an
interesting and harsh punishment for those who oppose Lewi. This possibly
refers to those who think they have replaced Lewi. Is 66:21
Deu
33:12 Of Binyamin he said, “Let the beloved of יהוה dwell in safety by Him,
shielding him all the day, as he dwells between His shoulders.”
The area on
the temple mount where the most set apart place appeared was in the territory
of Benjamin.
Deu
33:13 And of Yosĕph he said, “Blessed of יהוה is his land, with the
choicest from the heavens, with the dew, and the deep lying beneath,
Joseph’s portion is promised the best of the land — fertile
valleys, abundant resources, and YHVH’s material blessing.
Deu
33:14 with the choice fruits of the sun, with the choice yield of the
months,
Deu
33:15 with the finest of the ancient mountains, with the choicest of the
everlasting hills,
Deu
33:16 with the choicest of the earth and all that fills it, and the good
pleasure of Him who dwelt in the bush. Let it come on the head of Yosĕph, and
on the crown of the head of him who was separate from his brothers.
Deu
33:17 “His splendour is like a first-born bull, and his horns are like
the horns of the wild ox. With them he pushes the peoples to the ends of the
earth. And they are the ten thousands of Ephrayim, and they are the thousands
of Menashsheh.”
Deu
33:18 And of Zeḇulun he said, “Rejoice, O Zeḇulun, in your going out, and Yissasḵar in your tents!
1Ch
12:32 and the children of Yissasḵar who had understanding of the
times, to know what Yisra’ěl should do, their chiefs were two hundred. And all
their brothers acted at their mouth;
Deu
33:19 “They call peoples to the mountain, there they bring offerings of
righteousness, for they draw from the riches of the seas, and treasures hidden
in the sand.”
Deu
33:20 And of Gaḏ he said, “Blessed is he who enlarges Gaḏ. He dwells as a lion, and shall
tear off the arm, also the crown.
Known as mighty warriors (1 Chronicles 12:8), they
were responsible for guarding Israel’s eastern frontier. “Enlarges Gad” implies
expansion and prosperity,
Deu
33:21 “And he chose the best for himself, for there the portion of the
lawgiver was hidden. And he came with the heads of the people. The
righteousness of יהוה he
did, and His right-rulings with Yisra’ĕl.”
Blessing comes from aligning with YHVH’s hidden wisdom
and obeying His laws.
Deu
33:22 And of Dan he said, “Dan is a lion’s cub, that leaps from Bashan.”
Dan escapes
the clutches of idolatry (Bashan) and begins to grow in strength.
Deu
33:23 And of Naphtali he said, “O Naphtali, satisfied with pleasure, and
filled with the blessing of יהוה,
possess the west and the south.”
Deu
33:24 And of Ashĕr he said, “Ashĕr is most blessed of sons. Let him be
accepted by his brothers, and dip his foot in oil. Deu 33:25 “Your
sandals are iron and bronze, and your strength as your days.
Highlights Asher’s unique prosperity and abundance
among the tribes.
Deu
33:26 “O Yeshurun, there is no one like Ěl, riding the heavens to help
you, and on the clouds, in His excellency.
Deu
33:27 “The Elohim of old is a refuge, and beneath are everlasting arms.
And He drives out the enemy from before you and says, ‘Destroy!’
Deu
33:28 “Thus Yisra’ĕl dwells in safety, the fountain of Yaʽaqoḇ alone, in a land of grain and
new wine. His heavens also drop down dew.
There is an awakening taking place in our days concerning
the restoration of all the tribes of Israel.
Deu
33:29 “Blessed are you, O Yisra’ĕl! Who is like you, a people saved
by יהוה,
the shield of your help, and He who is the sword of your excellency! And your
enemies are subdued for you, and you tread down their high places.”

Gen
49:1 And Ya‛aqoḇ called his sons and said, “Gather together, so that I declare to you
what is to befall you in the last days: Gen 49:2 “Gather together
and hear, you sons of Ya‛aqoḇ, and listen to Yisra’ěl your
father.
2 Esdras 6:7–9
7 Then answered I and said, What shall be the
parting asunder of the times? or when shall be the end of the first, and the
beginning of it that followeth? 8 And he said unto me, From Abraham unto
Isaac, when Jacob and Esau were born of him, Jacob’s hand held first the heel
of Esau. 9 For Esau is the end of the world, and Jacob is the
beginning of it that followeth.
Malachi 1:2–4 – God declares love for Jacob and rejection of
Esau; Edom is a type of persistent opposition.
Israel as a light to the nations (Isaiah 42:6; 49:6).
The church fathers deliberately kept many of the ‘’extra
canonical books’’ out of the Bible. Why? It would be easier for them to control
and manipulate the masses of their followers. The discovery of the Dead Sea
scrolls and other ancient manuscripts has not only confirmed the ancient
scriptures but shed more light on the ancient mysteries they conceal. One such
ancient manuscript that was discovered contained the prophecy of Gad the
Seer.
Insights from Gad the Seer for the end times:
- Gad
the Seer (Hebrew: גָּד
הַחֹזֶה /
ha-chozeh) was a prophet during the reign of King David.
- He
is first introduced in 1 Samuel 22:5, when David was hiding from
Saul. Gad instructed David to leave the stronghold and go to Judah.
- Later,
Gad is called David’s seer (2 Samuel 24:11, 1 Chronicles 21:9).
- He
played a key role when David sinned by numbering Israel: YHVH sent Gad to
deliver the word of judgment, giving David three choices for punishment (1
Chronicles 21:9–14).
- Gad
also instructed David on building an altar on the threshing floor of
Araunah the Jebusite (2 Samuel 24:18–19).
- According
to 1 Chronicles 29:29, the acts of David were recorded in three
prophetic writings:
“Now the acts of King David, from first to last, are written
in the chronicles of Samuel the seer, in the chronicles of Nathan the
prophet, and in the chronicles of Gad the seer.” 1 Chron 29:29
This means Gad not only advised David but also wrote down
prophetic records of David’s reign. Sadly, those writings are lost to
history.
Later Traditions
- Some
Jewish and Christian traditions suggest Gad’s writings survived in
fragments.
- A
pseudepigraphal work called “The Words of Gad the Seer” appeared in
Cochin, India, in the 18th century. It claims to be the lost book
mentioned in 1 Chronicles 29:29.
- Scholars
debate its authenticity:
- Some
believe it may preserve echoes of an ancient tradition.
- Others
see it as a medieval or later composition, reflecting Jewish mysticism
and apocalyptic style.
The Books of Deeds (plural)
- These
contain the record of each person’s life—their actions, words, and
even motives.
- This
concept comes from the Old Testament background:
- Daniel
7:10: “The court sat in judgment, and the books were opened.”
- Malachi
3:16: “A book of remembrance was written before Him for those who
feared YHVH.”
- The
“books” are essentially the divine record-keeping of justice—YHVH’s
perfect memory of every life. (Revelation 13:8; 21:27).
The Words of GAD THE SEER - Chap 14 – The Great
Tribulation
Three Outcomes on the Day of Judgement 14:7 And, lo, a man
dressed in linen brought before the glory of the Lord three books that were
written about every man. And he read in
the first one and it was found to have the just deeds of His people, and the
Lord said: ‘These will live forever’.
And Satan said: ‘Who are these guilty people?’ And the man dressed in
linen cried to Satan like a ram’s horn, saying: ‘Keep silent, for this day is
holy to our master’. And he read in the
second book, and it was found to have inadvertent sins of His people, and the
Lord said: ‘Put aside this book but save it, until one third of the month
elapses,(Yom Kippur) to see what they will do’. And he read in the third book,
and it was found to have malicious deeds of His people. And the Lord said to Satan: ‘These are your
share, take them to do with them as seemeth good to thee’. And Satan took those which acted maliciously
and he went with them to a waste land to destroy them there. And the man
dressed in linen cried like a ram’s horn, saying: ‘Happy is the people that know
the joyful shout; that walk, O Lord, in the light of Thy countenance’.
This relates to the Jewish tradition of three books being
opened on the day of judgment, as described in the Tractate Rosh Hashana from
the Babylonian Talmud: The Gemara goes back to discuss the Day of Judgment.
Rabbi Kruspedai said that Rabbi Yoḥanan
said: Three books are opened on Rosh HaShana before the Holy One, Blessed be
He: One of wholly wicked people, and one of wholly righteous people, and one of
middling people whose good and bad deeds are equally
balanced. Wholly righteous people are immediately written and sealed for life;
wholly wicked people are immediately written and sealed for death; and middling
people are left with their judgment suspended from Rosh HaShana until Yom
Kippur, their fate remaining undecided. If they merit, through the good deeds
and mitzvot that they perform during this period, they are written for life; if
they do not so merit, they are written for death.
גמר חתימה טובה (G’mar Ḥatimah Tovah) Literally: “A
good final sealing.”
According to the Talmud, it would seem that while there are
three books and three classes of people being judged, there are really only two
ultimate outcomes, life or death.
The Words of GAD THE SEER 8:12 Comparing the Law to a Seed and Faith
to a Tree - Ask thy fathers and they will declare unto thee; thine elders, and
they will tell thee. Be strong and
valiant to obey the law and not to hear it only. This is repeated in line 11
Song of Moses. - Deu
32:7 “….. Ask your father and let him show you, Your elders, and let them
say to you:
