Before we start the new Torah cycle, I decided to take The Song of Moshe out of Parashat 54 and combine it with a bit of a study out of The Book of Revelation. We will call it Parashat 55
Blessed are You,
YHVH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has made us set apart through His
commandments and commanded us to engross ourselves in the words of the Torah.
Blessed are You, YHVH, Giver of the Torah – Amein

Revelation of Messiah
Rev 15:3 And they sing the song of Mosheh the
servant of Elohim, and the song of the Lamb, saying, “Great and marvellous are
Your works, יהוה Ěl Shaddai! Righteous and true are Your
ways, O Sovereign of the set-apart ones!
The
song of Moshe is the song of Mashiach.
Col
1:26 the secret which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but
now has been revealed to His set-apart ones, Col 1:27 to whom Elohim
desired to make known what are the riches of the esteem of this secret among
the nations: which is Messiah in you, the expectancy of esteem.
1Co
2:6 Yet we speak wisdom among those who are perfect,(Gk dative - by
virtue of association it is a forgone conclusion) and not the wisdom of this
age, nor of the rulers of this age that are being brought to naught. 1Co
2:7 But we speak the wisdom of Elohim, which was hidden in a secret, and
which Elohim ordained before the ages for our esteem, 1Co 2:8 which
no one of the rulers of this age knew, for if they had known, they would not
have impaled the Master of esteem.
If the
rulers of this age had understood the song of Moses they would not have impaled
the Messiah.

Hebraic
Insights into the book of Revelation.
Heb
1:1 Elohim,
having of old spoken in many portions and many ways to the fathers by the
prophets, Heb 1:2 has in these last days spoken to us by the Son,
whom He has appointed heir of all, through whom also He made the ages,[a]

Rom
10:4 For Messiah is the goal[b] of the ‘Torah unto righteousness’ to
everyone who believes. Footnote: bOr end purpose; consummation and not
termination - the final act of making a marriage or relationship
complete through intimacy – There were two stages in a Hebrew marriage – the
betrothal (Shavuot) before the consummation – (Yom Kippur)
Rev
19:9 And he
said to me, “Write, ‘Blessed are those who have been called to the marriage
supper of the Lamb!’ ” And he said to me, “These are the true words of
Elohim.”
Prologue
Rev 1:1 Revelation of יהושע Messiah, which Elohim
gave Him to show His servants what has to take place with speed. And He
signified it by sending His messenger to His servant Yoḥanan,
Rev 1:2 who bore witness to the Word of Elohim, and
the witness of יהושע
Messiah – to all he saw.
Rev 1:3 Blessed אשרי is he who reads and אשרי those who hear the
words of this prophecy, and guard what is written in it, for the time is

Greeting to the Seven Churches
The
use of the word “churches’’ is problematic – it is nowhere found in the
original texts – it is a made up word of uncertain origin and gives a false
impression of ‘’replacement theology. The Revelation of Messiah is a thoroughly
Hebraic event. At the time of its writing (90CE) there was no
‘’Christian church’’. . There are some 600 references to the ‘’Old
Testament’’ scriptures in the book of Revelation.
Rev
1:4 Yoḥanan, to the seven assemblies (ekklēsias in Greek or called out ones
or הקהלות ‘’kehelot’ in Hebrew) that are in Asia:
Favour to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is coming, and from
the seven Spirits that are before His throne
Rev
1:5 and from יהושע Messiah, the trustworthy
witness, the first-born from the dead, and the ruler of the sovereigns of the
earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood,
Rev
1:6 and has made us sovereigns and priests to His Elohim and Father, to
Him be esteem and rule forever and ever. Aměn. Ex 19:6, Deut 10:15 1 Pet
2:9
Rev 1:7 See, He is coming with the clouds, Dan_7:13 and every eye shall see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth shall mourn because of Him. Zec_12:10 Yes, Aměn.
Dan 7:13 “I was looking in the night visions and saw One like the Son of Enosh,[a] coming with the clouds of the heavens! And He came to the Ancient of Days, and they brought Him near before Him. Footnote: aSon of Enosh - This Aramaic term is similar to the Hebrew ‘Ben Aḏam,’ (Son of Aḏam) but not the exact equivalent of it.
This
is reference to the “rapture’’ - 1Th 4:16 Because the Master Himself
shall come down from heaven with a shout, with the voice of a chief messenger,
and with the trumpet of Elohim, and the dead in Messiah shall rise first.
1Th 4:17 Then we, the living who are left over, shall be caught away (Gk ‘’harpazo’’ or ‘’snatched’’) together with them in the clouds to meet the Master in the air – and so we shall always be with the Master. 1Th 4:18 So, then, encourage one another with these words.
The ‘’rapture’’ is a big deal. The term ‘’rapture’’ originates from the Latin word "raptura," meaning "a carrying away, a transport, or a snatching away" At a traditional Jewish wedding, the bride and groom are lifted up on chairs during the ‘’Hora’’ dance
Rev 1:8 “I am the ‘Aleph’ and the ‘Taw’, Beginning and End,” says יהוה “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” (YHVH)
Repeated - Rev 1:11 saying, “I am the ‘Aleph’ and the ‘Taw’, the First and the Last,” and Rev 1:17 And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead, and He placed His right hand on me, saying, “Do not be afraid, I am the First and the Last, Isa_44:6, Isa_48:12.
Joh
1:1 In the
beginning was the Word, and the Word was with (‘’pros’’ toward or pointing to
Himself) Elohim, and the Word was Elohim. (This Word also pointed towards
the Messiah)
Joh
1:2 He was in the beginning with Elohim. (Gk ‘’pros’’
preposition meaning ‘’toward’’)
‘’with’’
is an unfortunate translation and gives the perception of a ‘’pre incarnate
Messiah’’.
From the beginning the Word of Elohim always pointed towards the Messiah and Himself.
Isa
43:10 “You are My witnesses,” declares יהוה, “And My servant whom I have
chosen, so that you know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me
there was no Ěl formed, nor after Me there is none.
Isa 43:11 “I, I am יהוה, and besides Me there is no saviour.
Col 1:15 who is the likeness of the invisible Elohim, the first-born of all creation.[b] Footnote: b Heb_1:6, Rev_3:14. Col 1:16 Because in (not ‘’by’’)Him were created all that are in the heavens and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or rulerships or principalities or authorities – all have been created through Him and for Him.[c] Footnote: c Jhn_1:3.
2Co
11:3 But I am afraid, lest, as the serpent deceived Ḥawwah by his trickery, so your
minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Messiah.
2Co 11:4 For, indeed, if he who is coming proclaims another יהושע,[a] whom we have not proclaimed, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different Good News which you have not accepted, you put up with it well enough! Footnote: a Mat_24:5 and Mat_24:23-24, Jhn_5:43.
Joh 3:36 “He who believes in the Son possesses everlasting life, but he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of Elohim remains on him.”
The book of Revelation is about the revelation of Messiah. Which Messiah? The church messiah has done away with the Torah?
Psa
40:7 Then I said, “See, I have come; In the scroll of the Book
it is prescribed for me.
Psa 40:8 I have delighted to do Your pleasure, O my Elohim, And Your Torah is within my heart.”[b] Footnote: b Psa_37:31, Psa_119:11, Isa_51:7, Heb_10:7-9.
See 10 sayings Ex 20 – critical requirement before we can enter into the covenant with YHVH.
Rom 11:32 For Elohim has shut them all up to disobedience, in order to have compassion on all. Rom 11:33 Oh, the depth of riches, and wisdom and knowledge of Elohim! How unsearchable His judgments and untraceable His ways!
Vision
of the Son of Man
Rev 1:9 I, Yoḥanan, both your brother and co-sharer in pressure, and in the reign and endurance of יהושע Messiah, came to be on the island that is called Patmos for the Word of Elohim and for the witness of יהושע Messiah.
John the Apostle was the longest-surviving apostle and was banished to the island of Patmos by the Roman authorities after surviving a boiling oil ordeal.
Rev 1:10 I came to be in the Spirit on the Day of יהוה, (the vision is for a future time – the day of YHVH)[a] and I heard behind me a loud voice, as of a trumpet, Footnote: aSee also Isa_13:6, Isa_13:9, Ezk_13:5, Jol_1:15, Jol_2:1, Jol_2:11, Jol_2:31, Jol_3:14, Amo_5:16-20, Oba_1:15, Zep_1:7, Zep_1:14, Mal_4:5, Act_2:20, 1Th_5:2, 2Th_2:2, 2Pe_3:10.
What and when is the ‘’day of YHVH’’? I believe its referring to the time when the seventh trumpet is sounded in the time of the great tribulation. It is important that we understand this to understand what the book of Revelation is saying.
The
Seventh Trumpet
Rev
11:15 And the seventh messenger sounded, and there came to be loud voices
in the heaven, saying, “The reign of this world has become the reign of
our Master, and of His Messiah, and He shall reign forever and ever!”[a]
Footnote: aSee Rev_12:10, Psa_2:8, Psa_22:28, Dan_2:44,
Dan_7:13-14, Oba_1:15-21, Hag_2:22, Zec_14:9.
Rev
11:16 And the twenty-four elders sitting before Elohim on their thrones
fell on their faces and worshipped Elohim, (Tabernacle scene)
Rev
11:17 saying, “We give You thanks, O יהוה Ěl Shaddai, the One who is and who was and
who is coming, because You have taken Your great power and reigned.
Rev
11:18 “And the nations were enraged, Psa_2:1 and Your
wrath has come, and the time of the dead to be judged, and to give the
reward to Your servants the prophets and to the set-apart ones, and to those
who fear Your Name, small and great, and to destroy those who destroy the
earth.”
Rev 11:19 And the Dwelling Place of Elohim was opened in the heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His Dwelling Place. And there came to be lightnings, and voices, and thunders, and an earthquake, and great hail. (another Tabernacle scene)
This event (rapture/snatching away/caught up) will take place on a future ‘’Yom Teruah’’ 10 days before ‘’Yom kippur’’
‘’Yamim Noraim, meaning "Days of Awe" in Hebrew, refers to the ten-day period between Rosh Hashanah (the Jewish New Year) and Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement). It's a time for introspection, repentance, and seeking forgiveness for past mistakes. This period is considered the holiest time of the Jewish year. This will be the time when the “books are opened" signifies a period of divine judgment. Three books are said to be opened in heaven, one for the fully righteous, one for the fully wicked, and one for those in between. The fully righteous are immediately inscribed in the Book of Life, while the wicked are written in the Book of Death. The fate of those in between, who comprise the majority, is suspended until Yom Kippur, allowing for a period of reflection, repentance, and potential change.’’ (According to rabbinic teaching)
We must remember when John received this revelation, this ancient Jewish understanding of YHVH’s judgment was most probably well-known and established.
We must also remember that YHVH has given The Messiah ‘’all authority in heaven and on earth’’
Mat
28:18 And יהושע came up and spoke to them,
saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
Mat
28:19 “Therefore, go and make taught ones of all the nations, immersing
them in the Name[c] of the Father and of the Son and of the Set-apart Spirit,[d]
Footnotes: cNote: The singular. D : Not found in the Hebrew Shem Toḇ text, “...and make taught ones of all the nations,
immersing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Set-apart
Spirit.”
Mat 28:20 teaching them to guard all that I have commanded you. And see, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” Aměn.
Shem Tob's Hebrew Gospel of Matthew is the oldest extant (oldest surviving text) Hebrew version of the Gospel of Matthew.
Scholars such as F. C. Conybeare1 have
claimed that the Trinitarian baptismal formula of Matthew 28:19 was not
original to the text of Matthew.
Matt 28:19 (NIV)
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing
them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,
In other words, was the phrase in the text "In the
name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" inserted at a
later date (say, for example, by the First Nicean Council of AD 325)?
The correct reading of Matthew 28:19 appears to be
in Luke 24:47:
Luke 24:47 (NIV)
47 and repentance for the forgiveness of sins would be
proclaimed in his name to all nations, beginning from
Jerusalem.

I believe what John/Yochanan is describing here is a scene and proclamation coming from the Set Apart place in the heavenly tabernacle. We are reminded the Tabernacle is the most taught topic in the Torah.
Chapter two in the book of Revelation is about standing before the judgment seat of Messiah; where believers will be judged based on their actions in this life.
2Co 5:10 For we all have to appear before the judgment seat of Messiah, in order for each one to receive according to what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.[b] Footnote: bSee Mat_16:27, Jhn_5:29.

The name Yisra’ěl means to overcome with Ěl. bLit. garden. cSee Rev_22:2 and Rev_22:14.
There is much speculation about the ‘’Nicolations’’ it is safe to say that they were proclaiming a very ‘’convincing’’ truth to the Messianic assemblies, but in fact it was a deception, it presented itself as the truth in such a way that it obscured the real truth. This should serve as a serious warning to us.
Mat
24:24 “For false messiahs (anointed ones) and false prophets shall arise,
and they shall show great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible,
even the chosen ones.
Mat 24:25 “See, I have forewarned you. Mt 24:4
The
Roman empire which ruled most of the known world at that time referred to these
early messianic believers as being a sect of Judaism. They were not known as
‘’Christian churches’’
They
were Sabbath-keeping -Torah-observant assemblies.
In these latter days many born again believers are returning to the Hebrew roots of the faith. Many modern day believers will leave Sunday worshipping churches to become part of a world wide awakening to the Hebraic roots of our faith. These seven letters are addressed to them.
I believe these representees of messianic assemblies will all stand before the judgment seat of Messiah in the heavenly Tabernacle during the 10 days between Yom Teruah and Yom Kippur – the 10 last days of this age – ‘olam ha ze’.
It is possible Yahshua was describing the 10 days of ‘’awe’’ during which time the Revelation 16 judgments will be taking place.

struck them, but shall lean upon יהוה, the Set-apart One of Yisra’ěl, in
truth.
Isa
10:21 A remnant shall return, the remnant of Ya‛aqoḇ, to the Mighty Ěl.
Isa
10:22 For though your people, O Yisra’ěl, be as the sand of the sea, yet
a remnant of them shall return – a decisive end, overflowing with
righteousness.
Isa 10:23 For the Master יהוה of hosts is making a complete end, as decided, in the midst of all the earth.
Rev 3:10 “Because you have guarded My Word of endurance, I also shall guard you from the hour of trial which shall come upon all the world, to try those who dwell on the earth.
To
the Assembly in Smyrna
Rev
2:8 “And to the messenger of the assembly in Smurna write, ‘This says the
First and the Last, Isa_44:6, Isa_48:12 who became dead,
and came to life:
Rev
2:9 “I know your works, and pressure, and poverty –
yet you are rich – and the blasphemy of those who say they are Yehuḏim and are not, but are a
congregation of Satan.
Rev
2:10 “Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. See, the devil is
about to throw some of you into prison, in order to try you, and you
shall have pressure ten days. Be trustworthy until death, and I
shall give you the crown of life.
Rev 2:11 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. He who overcomes shall by no means be harmed by the second death.” ’[d] Footnote: dSee Rev_20:6.
Perhaps
these include all believers, who were not included in the first resurrection,
who will repent during the 10 days of YHVH’s wrath – ‘’ and you shall have
pressure ten days’’ These will have to wait for the second resurrection.
Possibly some maybe even many in these Messianic assemblies will not be
included in the ‘’rapture’’. What will be the judgment criteria?
To
the Assembly in Pergamum
Rev
2:12 “And to the messenger of the assembly in Pergamos write, ‘He who has
the sharp two-edged sword, says this:
Rev
2:13 “I know your works, and where you dwell, where the throne of
Satan is. And you hold fast to My Name, and did not deny the belief
in Me, even in the days in which Antipas was My trustworthy witness, who
was killed near you, where Satan dwells.
Rev
2:14 “But I hold a few matters against you, because you
have there those who adhere to the teaching of Bil‛am, who taught Balaq
to put a stumbling-block before the children of Yisra’ěl, to eat food
offered to idols, and to commit whoring. (teaching for profit and
recognition from men)
Rev
2:15 “So you also have those who adhere to the teaching of the
Nikolaites, which teaching I hate.
Rev
2:16 “Repent, or else I shall come to you speedily and fight against them
with the sword of My mouth.
Rev 2:17 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. To him who overcomes I shall give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I shall give him a white stone, and on the stone a renewed Name written which no one knows except him who receives it.” ’
Hidden manna is possibly a reference to the provision for an end time remnant during the great tribulation that will come upon the whole earth.
Blessed are you YHVH, our Elohim, King of the Universe, you have given us your Torah of truth, and have planted everlasting life within our midst. Blessed are you, YHVH giver of the Torah. Amein.
